الشروط والأحكام

Welcome to EduFlow, the school management platform operated by AMS Benha (the "School"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EduFlow web application and mobile app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. من يمكنه استخدام الخدمة

The Service is provided to students, parents or guardians, teachers, administrators, human-resources staff, supervisors, and other employees of the School. Access is granted by the School and tied to your role. You may use the Service only within the scope of the role assigned to your account.

2. حسابك

Accounts are created and managed by the School. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your password confidential and never share your credentials with anyone, including classmates, colleagues, family members, or other students.

• Notify the School immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. الاستخدام المقبول

أنت توافق على عدم:

• Attempt to access data, screens, classes, students, employees, or records that are not assigned to your role.
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute assessment questions, grade data, attendance records, or any other content from the Service outside of the School.
• استخدام الخدمة لمضايقة أو ترهيب أو تهديد أو انتحال شخصية أي شخص.
• تحميل الفيروسات أو البرامج الضارة أو أي رمز يهدف إلى تعطيل الخدمة.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or stress-test the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the Service without written permission from the School.

4. الكاميرا، مسح QR، والحضور

The mobile app and certain web features use the device camera to scan QR codes for attendance, gate passes, and answer-sheet processing. The camera is activated only when you open a scan screen, and images are processed on the device to extract the relevant code or answers. The School does not upload your camera feed to any third-party service. By using a scan feature, you consent to the use of your device camera for that purpose.

5. الإشعارات الفورية

The Service may send push notifications to your device about assessments, grades, attendance, vacation requests, dismissal duties, certificates, and messages. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

6. الملكية الفكرية

All content created or maintained inside the Service by the School and its staff, including question banks, assessments, lesson plans, gradebooks, attendance records, certificates, and reports, is the property of the School. Students retain authorship of their own submissions, but the School may store, evaluate, and archive submissions for academic record purposes. You may not reproduce or publish School-owned content outside the Service without written permission.

7. التعليق والإنهاء

The School may suspend, restrict, or revoke your access at any time, with or without notice, including when you leave the School, change roles, or violate these Terms. The Service is provided to you for the duration of your enrollment or employment, and access ends when that relationship ends.

8. توفر الخدمة

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The School will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service running but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, or issues with third-party providers may cause downtime.

9. خدمات الطرف الثالث

The Service uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver push notifications. Use of those services is also governed by Google's terms and privacy policies.

10. الخصوصية

Your use of the Service is also governed by our سياسة الخصوصية, which describes what data we collect and how we use it.

11. التغييرات على هذه الشروط

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

12. القانون الحاكم

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from your use of the Service will be handled by the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
